List of documents to submit:

1. Copies of pay stubs from last month for all employment.

2. Upload your 3-bureau credit report. (http://www.myscore.info/)

3. Copy of Social Security or ITIN Card.

4. Copies of all page’s bank statements on accounts for last 6 months.
(checking, savings, CD, 401K, stocks etc.).

5. Copy of lease or rental agreement on present residence. (If any)

6. Proof of down payment. (if you have a form of downpayment show us evidence thereof)

7. Last 12 months Rental History.

(either cancelled check or print out from management company)

8. Copy of Driver’s License.

9. Last 2 years personal tax returns with all 1099 or W2.

10. Most recent home mortgage approval letter. (if any)

11. If self-employed, corporate tax returns for last 2 years and all schedules.

12. If applicable, please have complete statements, or other documentation, covering the last 90 days for additional income, such as Social Security, retirement, or disability income.

13. If applicable, please get a complete copy of Divorce Decree, Separation Agreement and Bankruptcy or Foreclosure papers.
