Tell us which one you are. Buyers apply to work with Secure Home Buyer Assistance on a home purchase. Agents and brokers register to introduce their buyers.

— BUYER

I am buying a home

Six short steps, about ten minutes. You can stop partway and come back, nothing you enter commits you to anything, and when you finish you book a call with the person who reads it.

— AGENT OR BROKER

I am a real estate agent or broker

Two minutes, no documents. Register, read how a referral runs, and once we have reviewed your application you get your own buyer link, agent link and QR codes.

Prefer to talk?

You never have to fill out a form before a person will speak with you. Call (872) 282-6027.

Not a credit application

It is not a credit application, a pull of your credit without your say-so, an enrollment or a fee. Secure Home Buyer Assistance is not a bank, a mortgage company, or a real estate brokerage, and nothing here is an offer of credit.

— AFTER YOU SEND IT

Four steps, and you hear from a person at every one.

1

You send the application.

It goes to a person, not a scoring engine. Nothing is decided by the form itself and nothing on it commits you to anything.

2

You book a call.

When you finish the application, you pick a time that works for you. We talk through your situation instead of reading your file back to you.

3

We evaluate the transaction.

About five business days. We look at the whole purchase, including whether a different structure would serve you better than the one in front of you.

4

You get an answer in writing.

Either a structure laid out in plain language with the costs and the terms on it, or an honest no with the reason. Both are real answers.

Worth having in front of you

You can send the form without any of this. Having it in front of you makes the call afterward far more useful.

  • Who is buying, and whether anyone is buying with you.
  • Roughly what you are looking for and where, even if it is only a range.
  • What you have available for the purchase, and what you need to keep in reserve.
  • How you are paid. Salary, self-employed, commission, tips, benefits, more than one source.
  • What has happened so far, including anything that went wrong. Especially that.
  • Your real estate agent's name, if you already have one.
— DOCUMENTS

You arrange paperwork with a person, never by email.

When it is time for pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements or identification, the person handling your file will set up a secure way to send them and will walk you through it on the call. Do not send anything sensitive by email, and you do not need to gather any of it before anyone has spoken to you.

We arrange signatures the same way, with identity verification and a record of what was signed and when. If you ever get a request for documents that did not come from the person handling your file, it did not come from us. Call the number above and check before you send anything.
